About Project Hope

A donor funded and pioneering free service Christian hospital eliminating leprosy, drastically improving community health, and creating a new future for the over 10,000 Muslim residents of the poverty stricken and desert village of Gendetesfa outside of Dire Dawa, Ethiopia.

Hope Changes Lives

Your continued and increased giving can cause hope to grow to the next level. We need your help to provide for the clinic’s annual budget of $70,000. That is all it costs to pay for an entire clinic to operate, including: Nurses and technician salaries, pharmacy and lab supplies, labor and delivery and ER care.

In 2018, we are looking to add more physician hours at the clinic and send medical and education teams this summer.
